Payout Policy
Payout Policy
This page tells sellers exactly when and how they get paid — and what can hold a payout back. There are no surprises here: the delay, the minimum, and the method are fixed rules.
1. When the clock starts
Your payout clock starts when the buyer confirms receipt — or when the order auto-confirms after the 48-hour inspection window ends. From that point, your payout becomes available 7 days later. There is no way to shorten the 7-day delay; it exists so that a recovery reported shortly after confirmation can still freeze the payout.
2. Minimum payout: $50.00
A payout must be at least $50.00. Amounts below the minimum stay in your balance until they reach $50.00. A payout may never exceed your available balance.
3. How you are paid
Payout methods are Wise (by email) or USDT/crypto (wallet address and network). Set your payout method in your account settings before a payout can be created — a payout fails if no method is configured. Payouts are created by admin: sellers do not withdraw the money themselves, and a payout is never instant and never automatic to a bank.
Marking a payout as paid requires a provider payout reference — the receipt of the transfer made outside the platform. If a payout is cancelled or fails, its funds return to your available balance.
4. What blocks a payout
A payout is refused or blocked while any source order has:
- An open dispute;
- An unconfirmed transfer; or
- An open in-window recovery report (a buyer reporting within 7 days after confirmation that the seller recovered the account).
A payout can never be marked paid while any of its orders has an open dispute, is refunded, or carries a dispute, admin, or stake hold. A refund is also refused while a live payout still holds the order's funds — finance must cancel the payout first.
5. Disputes, recovery, and refunds
If a buyer opens a dispute on your order, the payout entries for that order are frozen in the same step. If the dispute ends in a refund, the funds are reversed out of your payout ledger. If a recovery is confirmed, you are suspended, your other entries are held, and the buyer is refunded. See the Dispute Policy and the Refund Policy.
6. What we do not promise
We do not promise a payout date beyond the 7-day rule and the $50.00 minimum. The 7 days run from confirmation; the payout is then created by admin and paid through your configured method. If your payout method details are wrong or missing, the payout cannot be created — keep them up to date in your account settings.
